Building of the Female Burj Khalifa in Dubai

The creator of Emaar and Noon, Mohammed Alabbar, recently unveiled plans for the Dubai Creek Tower, a new skyscraper that is frequently referred to as the "female" Burj Khalifa.

Alabbar declared during the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (SEF) 2024 that this skyscraper would be a component of a shopping center situated in Dubai Creek Harbour. He said that it would be special because it would be the first time that customers could drive electric automobiles through a mall.

In a talk titled "Towering Success: What It Takes to Build a Business Empire," Alabbar discussed the choices and failures of the organization. He explained why the plans for a one-kilometer-tall tower were abandoned, saying that the emphasis was now on projects like the Dubai Creek Tower, which would appeal to investors in a similar way but in a different way.

Alabbar stressed the difficulties of managing a business that is publicly traded, emphasizing the necessity of accountability and openness every ninety days. He acknowledged the difficulties but also expressed gratitude for the discipline it provided and how it aided in his personal development.

With the Dubai Creek Tower serving as its focal point, the six million square meter Dubai Creek Harbour project is intended to be a new urban hub in Dubai. Alabbar made a hint that the tower's design would soon be made public, adding to the landmark status of Dubai's architectural scene.
